  • About 2lb cut country-style pork ribs
  • Coat with white or brown sugar, salt, and paprika
  • Seal in double layer of foil by folding and crimping edges
  • Bake 2ish hours at 250-275, or until internal temperature is at least 165f
  • Open foil, drain juices
  • Baste each side with barbecue sauce, and broil a minute or two per side
