Still working on this one. * About 2lb cut country-style pork ribs * Coat with white or brown sugar, salt, and paprika * Seal in double layer of foil by folding and crimping edges * Bake 2ish hours at 250-275, or until internal temperature is at least 165f * Open foil, drain juices * Baste each side with barbecue sauce, and broil a minute or two per side
