- About 2lb cut country-style pork ribs
- Coat with white or brown sugar, salt, and paprika
- Seal in double layer of foil by folding and crimping edges
- Bake 2ish hours at 250-275, or until internal temperature is at least 165f
- Open foil, drain juices
- Baste each side with barbecue sauce, and broil a minute or two per side
