Notes:
- I use 6-inch tostadas instead of corn tortillas. They're already crispy.
- I also use 14-inch flour tortillas. They're big enough that they close up perfectly when used with the tostadas.
- Try Tex-Mex Spice to season the meat.
- I don't have a George Foreman Lean Mean Fat Reducing Grilling Machine™, but a smooth steel frying pan and some butter works just as well I guess.
