This salad is very easy to make

Ingredients

  • 1 pickling cucumber
  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 head onion
  • 3 tbsp sunflower oil
  • 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)

Procedure

  1. Chop cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes (approx. 1/4" on the side)
  2. Peel and chop the onion
  3. Combine all of the above in an appropriately sized bowl
  4. Add sunflower oil and mix well
  5. Add salt to taste and mix again
