This salad is very easy to make
Ingredients
- 1 pickling cucumber
- 1 large tomato
- 1 head onion
- 3 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1/2 tsp salt (to taste)
Procedure
- Chop cucumbers and tomatoes into small cubes (approx. 1/4" on the side)
- Peel and chop the onion
- Combine all of the above in an appropriately sized bowl
- Add sunflower oil and mix well
- Add salt to taste and mix again
