Green Beans & Ground Pork Stirfry

Ingredients

  • 1 lb stringbeans, stems removed
  • 2T oil

Stir-fry 3-5 minutes; remove and set aside

  • 1T oil
  • 1" fresh ginger root, peeled & chopped
  • 1t garlic, chopped

Stir fry ginger 1 minute in oil, add garlic and stir fry one minute longer

  • 10-16oz ground pork

Stir fry with garlic/ginger mixture

  • 1T soy sauce
  • 2T oyster sauce
  • 1t sugar
  • 1T corn starch or flour

Stir fry until pork is cooke dthoroughly about 5 minutes

  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • 1/2C chicken broth or water

Add cooked stringbeans, thicken sauce by stir-frying about 3-5 minutes longer

Serve over rice and enjoy!
