  • 1 lb Lean (96/4) ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano, pulverized
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2-3 eggs
