Preheat oven to 350f.

Crust:

  • 1 lb Lean (96/4) ground beef
  • 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp oregano, pulverized
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 eggs

Moosh everything together in a big bowl; texture will be loose and gloopy. Form into a crust shape with a rim and bake 5-10 minutes, or until redness is just about gone (internal temperature of 150f or so).

Toppings:

  • Tomato sauce plus spices to taste
  • Pepperoni
  • Shredded cheese

Bake another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
