Crust: * 1 lb Lean (96/4) ground beef * 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese * 1 tsp oregano, pulverized * 1/4 tsp garlic powder * 1/4 tsp onion powder * 1/4 tsp paprika * 1/4 tsp sea salt * 2 eggs Moosh everything together in a big bowl; texture will be loose and gloopy. Form into a crust shape with a rim and bake 5-10 minutes, or until redness is just about gone (internal temperature of 150f or so). Toppings: * Tomato sauce plus spices to taste * Pepperoni * Shredded cheese Bake another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
