Preheat oven to 350f.
Crust:
- 1 lb Lean (96/4) ground beef
- 2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano, pulverized
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- 2-3 eggs
Moosh everything together in a big bowl; texture will be loose and gloopy. Form into a crust shape and bake 5-10 minutes, or until redness is just about gone (internal temperature of 150f or so).
Add toppings:
- Tomato sauce plus spices to taste
- Pepperoni
- Shredded cheese
Bake another 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
