• 4-6 chicken thighs, skin on
  • Milk
  • Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 t Garlic powder
  • 1/2 t Onion powder
  • 1/2 t Oregano
  • 1/2 t Basil
  • 1/2 t Salt

Wash and pat dry chicken thighs; set in shallow glass baking pan.

Mix garlic, onion, oregano, basil, and salt in a mortar and grind/mix thoroughly into a fine spice powder.

Moisten chicken with milk on top and bottom.

Sprinkle spice powder over bottom, flip, and sprinkle top.

Sprinkle a generous amount of grated parmesan cheese atop the seasoning.

Bake uncovered at 400°F for 30-40 minutes, or until golden brown and internal temperature of at least 165°F.
