- 2c chopped ham
- 2c prepared rice, cooled
- 2 eggs
- garlic powder, paprika, salt to taste

Over medium heat:
- Fry chopped ham until lightly crisped. Remove from pan.
- Fry chopped onion in 1tbsp butter or oil until golden
- Add rice, stir well.
