+* 1 1/2 t vinegar
+* 1 T starch
+* 1/2 t garlic powder
+* 1/2 t onion powder
+* 1/2 t ground ginger (if you have it)

- 1/4 c Worchestershire Sauce
- 3 T Distilled White Vinegar
- 3 T Vegetable Oil or Sesame Oil
- 1/3 c Dried Onion Flakes or 2 t Onion Powder
- 2 t Garlic Powder
- 1 t Grated Fresh Ginger
Makes 3 cups marinade.
