  • 1 c Soy Sauce
  • 1 c Water
  • 3/4 c White Sugar or Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 c Worchestershire Sauce
  • 3 T Distilled White Vinegar
  • 3 T Vegetable Oil or Sesame Oil
  • 1/3 c Dried Onion Flakes or 2 t Onion Powder
  • 2 t Garlic Powder
  • 1 t Grated Fresh Ginger

Makes 3 cups marinade.
