* 1 c Soy Sauce * 1 c Water * 3/4 c White Sugar or Brown Sugar * 1/4 c Worchestershire Sauce * 3 T Distilled White Vinegar * 3 T Vegetable Oil or Sesame Oil * 1/3 c Dried Onion Flakes or 2 t Onion Powder * 2 t Garlic Powder * 1 t Grated Fresh Ginger Makes 3 cups marinade. Mix, marinade your choice of meat at least 6 hours, brush marinade over meat while cooking.
