* 1 c Soy Sauce * 1 c Water * 3/4 c White Sugar or Brown Sugar * 1/4 c Worchestershire Sauce * 3 T Distilled White Vinegar * 3 T Vegetable Oil or Sesame Oil * 1/3 c Dried Onion Flakes or 2 t Onion Powder * 2 t Garlic Powder * 1 t Grated Fresh Ginger Makes 3 cups marinade. Mix, marinade your choice of meat at least 6 hours, brush marinade over meat while cooking. <small>Origin: [http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/teriyaki-marinade/detail.aspx]</small> This is more like a glaze: * 2 T soy sauce * 1 T brown sugar * 1 t vinegar * 1/2 t starch * 1/2 t garlic powder * 1/2 t onion powder * 1/2 t ground ginger (if you have it) Mix well, heat gently until thickened. Stir fry with it. It turned out good when I tried it with kai lan and lo mein.
